		<description>Log in as administrator (not into an administrative account) and everything is accessible.  Alternatively, boot with a Linux Live CD and transfer files.  Linux ignores Windows &quot;security&quot; restrictions.

(If you had just cleaned the original XP installation and done a repair install you wouldn&#039;t have the problem.)</description>
