I got a new hard drive and installed a new OS & drivers but cannot connect to internet?
I go to the phone and modem in the control panel and it just shows one of my modems not two like on my old HD.My old hard drive had a OEM OS installed and the OS i installed is not.This is my first OS installation and i’ve tried everything and still cannot connect what am i doing wrong?
Install drvers for your modem.
The modem probably came with a CD with drivers.
Since you had 2 modems then u probably had one internal and one external. One of them is not working(probably the external one) and you should install drivers.
