I have a background that I want to be seen through a text box on my blog, and because of its nature I need to manually change the ASCII code. So I was wondering if anyone knew the ASCII code for transparency? Like instead of #000000 for black (for example), what the code would be so that you can see things behind it. Thanks so much!

I want to make a blog via php and mysql. The only problem I am facing is to make a blog and to display all comments made by users for that blog. Somehow I know that I need to make 3 tables – one for users, one for the blogs and one for the comments.

I downloaded a program (or I thought it was a program) to archive my old entries in my blog and transfer into hard copies. The description says it’s open source. I opened the folder and all that’s inside of it are PHP files. I have no clue how to "activate" or open these files, let alone use them. Do I need to download a specific application? Do I need to have Linux?

There is a site that would like me to put their logo on to my blog. How do I get the html code for the logo so it links to their page?

I want to know how to do html code so that i can have some text on a light blue background, and some text on a light pink background, for a blog i’m creating that has his/her comments… sort of like when you quote someone in a forum, and it shows up on a different colored background (just where the text is) so that you know it’s not the writer saying it, but quoted text… sorry if this doesn’t make sense… does anyone know what the code is to do this? thank you!

I’m starting a blog that I’m planning to eventually run ads on, and I’d like to have a way to randomly rotate the ads. Do any of you know of a script that will randomly rotate ads when a page is refreshed?
