How String data references can be turned off when programming?
How String data references can be turned off when programming? For an example, if you know WDASM32 tool (exe dissembler software), when you dissembles an exe, it will show probable text of message boxes the application has. When dissembling some exes, these string references are completely 0 and not a clue to find where things are going on? While programming how these string references turned off and not show when dissembled in any dissembler program? I bet this has nothing to do with the turning ON and OFF the debugging symbols while compiling. Can some please educate me in this matter. Thank you.

I have no clue how to work with open source?
I downloaded a program (or I thought it was a program) to archive my old entries in my blog and transfer into hard copies. The description says it’s open source. I opened the folder and all that’s inside of it are PHP files. I have no clue how to "activate" or open these files, let alone use them. Do I need to download a specific application? Do I need to have Linux?
Does anyone know which open source software i can use to make a website like Yahoo Answers ?
I really want to know how I can save on programmers, I have a decent knowledge in coding but i cant do it myself. I have a huge interest in game programming but I don’t have a clue where to start.
Photoscape, Photofiltre, or GNU Image Manipulation Program?
Which one is good, really easy to use, can make both animated and unanimated graphics, and takes up little space in your hard drive?
And what do you guys reccomend for a beginner like me, who has NO clue on how to make graphics?
And is there anything I can find in GIMP,Photoscape or Photofiltre that I won’t find on the other?
