Is it safe to move microsoft office from the c drive to the d drive?

I need to clear space on my c drive. I’ve been moving files from the c drive to the d drive. The big files I want to move but everytime I try to move it it says programs may not work. Can someone tell me if its alright to move all the microsoft office programs(Word,Powerpoint) over to the d drive and Any tips on clearing space
Can I move the whole microsoft program without uninstalling it or is that dangerous because I’d rather not uninstall it.
Not only can I move microsoft office but I want to move things such as Norton Internet Security and other big files like that. Everytime I try to move them it says that It may prevent the program from working

What is the difference between the C drive and the D drive?

How can I prevent someone that has a login on the D drive from accessing the C drive?

I have someone else using my computer, And they’re login is on the D drive, Mine is on the C drive. Is there any way I can prevent the person using the D drive from accessing the C drive in ANY way.
