How do I copy my C drive to a logical partition on a new drive and have the OS boot from this?

I installed a new 200 GB drive. My old drive (C drive) on which the OS is installed is low on disk space and I’ve tried everything I can to remove unnecessary files and programs (including changing where Documents and Settings are stored). I’d like to avoid reinstalling XP. Is it possible to copy the C drive onto a partition on the new drive and then have the machine boot from this instead?

Where can I figure out exactly what python files my script needs to run?

I have Installshield and Visual Studio, both of which I can use to create MSI setup, but I only want to package the exact files that my specific script needs so I’m not wasting my end users’ disk space. Thanks in advance!

Can I move my documents and settings folder on C drive and move it to my secondary F drive?

The amount of space taken up on c drive is 35% and I am looking to free up disk space. Windows takes up 48%. Can documents and settings folders be moved or does it have to remain on c drive to start up and work properly with the remaining Windows program?
