My old drive (C drive) on which the OS is installed is low on disk space and I’ve tried everything I can to remove unnecessary files and programs (including changing where Documents and Settings are stored). I’d like to avoid reinstalling XP. Is it possible to copy the C drive onto a partition on the new drive and then have the machine boot from this instead?

Windows takes up 48%. Can documents and settings folders be moved or does it have to remain on c drive to start up and work properly with the remaining Windows program?
