I have very little programming knowledge and want to learn objective c to code and write for the iphone. What book should I buy to learn objective c that will be easy for a beginner like me? As well, do I need to learn Cocoa touch? If so, what beginner book should I get?

I’m trying to get formspring.me to work on a iPhone but it says I have to enable java script…but idk how? Someonee please tell me how!

My goal is to have a JavaScript to include in my web-page that detects the person’s browser and presents them with the appropriate CSS and launch page.

The main Interests are IE (all recent versions), Firefox, BlackBerry, and iPhone.

Having looked into this a bit there appear to be lots of code examples on the web. Any advice on what Java Script to use for this would be appreciated.

I have no programming experience, and I would like to begin programming. My goal is to create an iphone/itouch game. I know starting with C is not the easiest, but it is where I want to start. What books or websites will help me in my quest?
