I have to make simple HTML document with some css and JavaScript. I know all of those, but I would really prefer to make an template using visual interface (like in Microsoft word), So that all the process will be faster. And later I could edit it through script.
So could you suggest any program to make such thing?
Or maybe there’s something else that could make web programming faster?

Like do I use Microsoft visual basic to do java programming or what?
And if you can please provide a link to the program to do java coding.

Is computer programming Visual Basic in Excel considered computer programming Visual Basic? Or can a person be considered a Visual Basic Programmer with only programming Visual Basic in Microsoft Excel.

I am just beginning to program in Microsoft Visual Basic and from what I’ve heard basic is good to learn on because its syntax is more self explanatory and so on. It seems like programming languages such as C, Java, and Python are more advanced, but what makes them better?

I have always used Microsoft and desire to learn Linux. I am a programmer by occupation, but everything is done via Windows.
Also, which is the best Linux Distribution?

Open Source software has been around for a long time now and it pretty much in a stage where it rivals windows in many ways, there have been tons of articles about Ubuntu,Fedora,Suse and many other distros. So why do we use windows and keep paying Microsoft for crappy OS? Ubuntu for example is way easier than windows to use and comes with tons of free software.

I’m entering the networking field and its been a while since I’ve worked with any language.

I figured I might as well start from the beginning with a language that fits the field. What programming language is the most useful for a Network Engineer to know?

How come we never see any commercials or bus ads for open source software? You can’t argue with FREE. I was thinking about advertising Open Office at my college the other day. If I were to put an ad for OpenOffice 3 on a billboard, would I get in trouble? Someone needs to build awareness of the existence of open source alternatives.
