I am looking for an open source program that operates in windows and makes applications easy to access, has a media library, browser, chat etc in its own full screen theme.

Has anyone ever come across anything like this before?

i just finished a website for a client and he want to use dreaweaver just not for that much lol is there a open source program like it? it really just needs to be a html editor with visuals thx in advanc, Caleb

I need to find an open source stat taking based program. I am going to make a football, stat taking program for the local schools. Only problem is that I need an open source program to start out with and I cannot find one. Does anyone know of a website where I can download one?
