What do you use the Mac OS Disc for after you use bootcamp to install vista?
Okay, I installed Vista onto a partitioned section of my Mac OS X 10.5.8 using boot camp. But there are no installed drivers for things like internet wireless.
Everything I searched says you need disc 1 of the Mac OS installation and I have it. But what do you do with it?
Do you boot the Vista Side then pop in the disc?
Do you pop in the disc right after booting and do some configuration or something?
Or do you install it on the Mac side?
Ideas?
I got a new hard drive and installed a new OS & drivers but cannot connect to internet?
I go to the phone and modem in the control panel and it just shows one of my modems not two like on my old HD.My old hard drive had a OEM OS installed and the OS i installed is not.This is my first OS installation and i’ve tried everything and still cannot connect what am i doing wrong?
how do you go about recovering data from a harddrive that you formatted the OS partition but not the others?
my dad formatted the harddrive from the os installation menu. i asked a prequel question earlier if the os format only formatted the os partition. i have two other partitions on the harddrive that i want to recover. how do i go about doing this?
