I’m looking for a web developer for a project that involves web conferencing. What is the best place on the internet to find a web developer/programmer who can head up a project like this?

I downloaded a program that allows me to upload my picture and to dress it up baically, It’s one of those "dress up" programs, and I was wondering if a programmer could change it up such as modifying some of the options and stuff.

I want to start programming PIC based microcontrollers or ARV.

What programmer and chip should I buy so I can experiment and learn with them? Is there a book you recommend for learning?

All I have to do is change the seminar schedule..but I am losing business, no one can register, and I have not found a reliable programmer.
Its easy if one knows there fiield and I am going crazy.

I am 52 years old , I have no degree at all and no background programming. I am extremely bad in maths and always be at the end of classes when I was a kid. Now I have the desire to learn programming essentially Java and Flex 4 and want to make a career out of it. I have little logic , no math skills but a strong desire to succeed. How is any programming language encoded into computer chips for a programmer to use? I know a little programming (basic c++) but was always wondering, how they embedded these languages into any computer chips or how conversion of binary ( 0101 system) to a more complex language was possible.
