What do you use the Mac OS Disc for after you use bootcamp to install vista?
Okay, I installed Vista onto a partitioned section of my Mac OS X 10.5.8 using boot camp. But there are no installed drivers for things like internet wireless.
Everything I searched says you need disc 1 of the Mac OS installation and I have it. But what do you do with it?
Do you boot the Vista Side then pop in the disc?
Do you pop in the disc right after booting and do some configuration or something?
Or do you install it on the Mac side?
Ideas?
OK, so here’s the deal. I installed xp on my mac via boot camp, and simply plugged it in via an Ethernet cable in order to receive a connection. Once that was done I simply downloaded the needed drivers and anything else off the dell or hp site (the apple one has some good drivers too) and that was that.
Good luck though, and check your instructions booklet, it seems weird that Mac would omit to say something that important
On the Mac side~
