on frame 10, write:
gotoAndPlay(60);

on frame 70, write:
gotoAndPlay(1);

That so easy .

go to frame number 10 and press on the frame and open ActionScript panel and write that

gotoAndPlay(60);

And this code will skips to 60 and paly .

now do the same think to frame number 70 and write .

gotoAndPlay(1);
