Please suggest the script that suite my needs.

These are the functions i need to have on my website…
1. Member can add their site to our database.
1.1 Free member can add many sites with short description(short ads like yahoo ads or google ads).
1.2 Paid member can add many sites with long description(review page).
2. Any people can search for added websites in the database.
